Best thing to do is take it to a computer center . Tech guys know how to get rid of them.
NEVER DOWNLOAD VIRUS SOFTWARE ESPECIALLY ZONE ALARM.
that program is the worst, it is a hacker based program. I help people with computer / internet security and teach classes on the same and ALOT , I MEAN ALOT of people got hacked from it.
I brought one of the people's comps to the computer science guys at the [police station to find out if it was true ..well you wouldn't believe what hey put on your computer !!
I'd tell you but it would REALLY scare you. Take it to a compute center and get it removed , there are things on there they can save and delee the hacker program installed on it from zone alarm.
